A portion of the proceeds of the raffle benefits the North Cascade Club to help offset costs of hosting the 2007 national meet.  By state law, raffles in Washington state must be conducted by 501 c 3 charities.  The presenting charity is The First Tee, a youth development organization delivering character and life skills education to ages 8 – 18 through the game of golf.  The Executive Director of this organization is BCA member # 24808, Jeff Cornish.
